Facility Policies
Liability release & waiver must be signed by everyone at the entrance gate.
Children under 18 must be closely supervised at all times while on The Firm property.
Pets are not allowed on The Firm property.
The FIRM is a non-smoking facility.
Alcohol and controlled substances are prohibited on The Firm property.
Firearms and fireworks are prohibited on The Firm property.
Glass containers are prohibited on The Firm property.
The Firm is not responsible for your valuables, please lock them up or leave them at home.
All spectators/drivers/crew must sign our waivers before entering the property, and must wear wristbands affirming that at all times.
Pit, Paddock, and Access Road Speed limit is 10 mph at all times.
No motorized vehicles in grandstand areas.
Bicycles, roller blades, skates, skateboards, heelies, scooters are prohibited on The Firm property.
No staking of canopies anywhere in the paddock. please use weights or tie-downs.
Campfires/Ground fires are prohibited on The Firm property.
No spectators in designated ‘HOT’ areas at any time.
Please do not play loud music, be considerate of your neighbors.
The only valid use of the ATVs, mini-bikes or dirt bikes is by a licensed driver/rider, doing legitimate team business at speeds of less than 5 miles per hour.
All drivers, riders, and passengers must wear gloves, helmets, fire suits for open top/soft top vehicles or long pants, long sleeved shirts for hard top closed wheel vehicles and closed toe shoes.
Jacks, jack stands, trailer jacks, motorcycle stands, and kick-stands must be on wood blocks.
FUEL/OIL/COOLANT SPILLS ON ASPHALT MUST BE CLEANED IMMEDIATELY. If you do not have cleanup materials, please see a FIRM staff member for assistance.
Damage to the track from fuel spills due to the lack of one way vent valve/fuel cap will be charged to the driver/rider.
Kick Stands must be removed before entering the track, any damage to the track from Kick Stands will be charged to the rider.
Outside vendors are not allowed without prior written permission by The FIRM; including Photography/videography.
