Enrollment, Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

All experiences are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

If enrolling in a ½, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5-day experience, The FIRM requires a 50% deposit of the retail course cost. The remaining balance will be automatically deducted via electronic funds transfer 60 days in advance of your scheduled rally experience.

After receiving enrollment forms and payment, the class booking will be processed. A confirmation email will be sent including information such as a class description, directions, arrival time, etc.

All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time may result in being considered a “no show” and will forfeit your participation. If forfeiture occurs, the participant will be unable to reschedule or receive a refund or credit.

Cancellation and/or rescheduling your class must be given in writing via email, to info@gorally.com. All notices for cancellation and/or reschedule received 60 days or less prior to your scheduled rally experience are subject to an administration/change fee per reservation:

  • 60 to 46 days: 10%
  • 45 to 30 days: 20%
  • 29 to 14 days: 30%
  • 13 days or less: NO REFUND!

The FIRM does not offer monetary refunds. All credited funds will be placed on your FIRM account an “account credit” and can be applied toward future classes or merchandise. In the rare case of an under-booked class, The FIRM reserves the right to reschedule participants to a new, mutually acceptable date and time. The FIRM does periodically offer sales and/or discount promotions. To receive the offered promotional value, purchase must occur during the promotional period.

Gift Certificates
Disclaimer: Each gift certificate code can be used only once. The gift certificate may not be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates are non-refundable. However, we will allow the certificate to be transferred to another recipient.
